This wine has a cherry fruit freshness and is sensational with a light chill. Tannins are subtle and juicy; you can feel aromas of rose petal and raspberry with a freshly picked strawberry palate and a hint of spices.
Vineyard facts
The Gamay and the Pinot Noir used for the PTG are picked by hand on the same day and blended together to make the wine.
Production notes
This wine is made from Carbonic Maceration. The whole bunches in anaerobic conditions are left to ferment for two weeks more ore less before they are gently pressed.
