Complex and traditional sparkling made by following every step of the traditional method. Bubbles are fine and aromas of pear and hazelnut can be perceived. Citrus and
spice nuances are present on the palate.

Vineyard facts
All the grapes were hand-picked slightly early, at an un-ripe point so they can retain their acidity.
