Dry-grown vines planted in front of the property. Fully destemmed, soaked and fermented under the aegis of natural yeasts, before ageing for 12 months in French oak, 20% new.

Hand picked, Wild yeast, 100% whole berries, 25% new oak, three different coopers.
13.5% Alcohol by Volume, pH 3.5 and Total Acid of 5.8g/L
