Estate Pinot Noir 2016
Pretty red fruits, predominately red cherry with a little cranberry. The palate has beautiful balance & length. It begins with bright red cherry with a hint of raspberry on the finish.
This wine is a blend of six different clones of Pinot Noir planted across our vineyard and harvested mid to late March 2015. The clones were blended at harvest and fermented using wild yeast.
Food Match: boned, butterflied and bbqd quail.
