 2004 Pf Sparkling
$55

This is our first commercial release of a sparkling wine. We have been experimenting with a range of blends and styles from this area since 1995. This is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from the 2004 vintage. The base wine was left on lees for two years before it was tirraged in this bottle. It has lovely aromas of citrus, apple and yeasty bread with a bit of mushroom. The palate is fresh and layered with complexity, starting with citrus/lemon and moving on to toast and almonds with a long crisp finish. It is being released on the Queen's Birthday holiday weekend.

The dosage is 5g/l
VERY LIMITED RELEASE
From cellar door only until sold out.

 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
$25

Fruit flavours seem to gush out from the glass, showing a slightly grassy base plus pineapple and a little kiwi fruit. The two varieties were harvested and made separately. A beautiful example of cool climate Sauvingnon-Semillon

The grapes for each batch were whole bunch pressed using a gentle air bag press with carbon dioxide cover to retain the fresh, varietal fruit character. Fermentation was in stainless steel.

13% Alcohol by Volume, pH 3.40 and Total Acid of 7.1g/L

2007 Semillon
$25
NEXT RELEASE ON OCTOBER 5, 2008.

This is only the second time that we have released a 100% semillon. Vintage 2006 provided us with the best semillon that has come off the property. The flavours show a little apple plus bit of lemon, a hint of lime and a little tropical edge.

Great with seafood now but in a few years it will gain complexity and have even more breadth across the palate.

13% Alcohol by Volume, pH 3.35 and Total Acid of 7.7g/L

 2006 North Patch Chardonnay
$30
NEXT RELEASE 2007 NORTH PATCH CHARDONNAY
IN DEC, 2008.

A very clean chardonnay with a little peach, citrus and nectarine, slightly nutty, leesy characters, but not heavy, with the oak is present but in the background.

14% Alcohol by Volume, pH 3.5
and Total Acid of 6.3g/L

 2006 Eldridge Estate Chardonnay
$40

The 2006 Chardonnay is a similar to our 2005 wine. It has a lovely set of flavours and texture.

The wine is very bright in the glass with a slight green tint on the edge. The nose is creamy with a hint og grapefruit and lemon and some oak in the back. The palate is rich and full with a complex array of flavours starting with cream and citrus and moves on to a hint of grapefruit and peach. It has a very long finish.

The grapes were whole bunch pressed using a gentle air bag press with carbon dioxide cover to retain the varietal fruit character. The juice was fermented in 80% new French Oak with some solids before being moved to 30% new oak for a further 9 months.

14% Alcohol by Volume, pH 3.5 and Total Acid of 6.4g/L
